i have a harrier pocket pc and have been trying to install Microsoft Activesync V3.7.1 on my pc but each time the 'partnership wizard' does not open.
Is there i can set up the partnership????
i run Win Xp Prof Sp2.

Reboot your computer, make sure you install ActiveSync before plugging the Pocket PC. Also, make sure the cradle is not connected to a HUB, these devices don't work well on USB HUBs.

Also, make sure the USB Power configuration (Device List on the System icon on Control Panel) is not set to allow the computer to power down the USB ports.

I found the USB Power configuration and unchecked that option and made sure the cable was unpluged and reinstalled but still no 'Partnership wizard'
Hubs - Whats a hub? When I go into Device Manager and look at the USB controllers it says that I have three 'USB Root Hub's
If this is a hub then I have a problem because this is all there is.
I also noticed when I was installing that the Pocket Pc tried to connect using the CDMAIX connection.
