Can anybody explain how to connect , under Pocket Pc 2003 wi-fi infrastructure system, to my three computers and printer in the network?
All is great for the Web surfing and e-mail handling though.

Do you want to access shared resources on the network, like folders?

In this case you need a program like NetUse (freeware, but it seems it's not available anymore) or Network Browser for Pocket PC.

a netbrowser installed but no tangible results in sight. I probably need more by the hand
guidance. Is any available? The browser helpline doesn't offer much.

Make sure your network is offering the shares, and if you use password for the resources then you'll have to enter this when mapping them from your Pocket PC. And of course make sure the Folder Sharing is available on your computers. Also make sure that personal firewall software is not blocking these communications.

Sorry to say but nothing seems to work! No doubt, I've already made some errors without
even realizing where they are. Perhaps, there are some step-by-step manuals or tutorials
to lead you through that process. Pity Microsoft is no help here. I"ve tried this path too.

My file sharing has been set up but only partially. Pc based folders can be accessed i.e. I can seem and delete them but cannot be opened - tapping them produces no results.
What's the next step please?

Some trial & error attemps have had the following result. All the web pages open correctly
when tapped although without graphics, while Word related files open filled with mysterious
dots and signs as if written in unknown formats.
Help please

A somewhat different but converging issue- how to share Outlook notes, calendar, tasks etc.?
Is the ActivSync really the only answer?
