Hi all,

I need to arrange the purchase of a replacement battery for my manager's TYTN II.

I have approached Vodafone - both outlet stores in near vicinity & have also gone to Vodafone corporate & they can't source us one.

We have tried Dick Smiths & now are kind of out of options.   Could it be these batteries were faulty - so they don't make them any more?

If anyone can advise of an 'official' channel for corporate purchases it would be great.

Specs from the manual are:

rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery, 1350 mAh

100-240v ac

DC output: 5v & 1a

You can buy it from HTC's UK store directly. They ship internationally. If you want it cheaper then ebay is also an option.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your replies - have located one...(as part of a whole handset - go figure!)

Basically the story is that the 2 main suppliers of HTC to the country didn't see the demand for sold alone batteries. They still stock the other accessories.
