My trusty 3630 is stuck at the reset point. Its showing the ipac logo on the bottom left of the screen and on the right it says "P1.04" with "1.28" directly underneath that. I've tried pressing the reset button many times and I can't turn it off either. Thinking of taking out the battery next and reconnecting it. PLEASE HELP I really like this little gadget as it has been very reliable.

The battery removal could do the trick - but it's the same as a hard reset, so everything on its memory will be erased. PIM data (Calendar, Contacts, Emails) will be restored on the next new partnership, but all other programs and files will have to be reinstalled.
