What exactly do you need? You don't know the settings or you don't know where to enter the settings?

On your device tap Start | Settings | Connections | Connections | Advanced.

Tap Select Networks and New. Enter a name "Vodafone NZ" and tap Modem. Tap New, enter a name for that modem "Vodafone NZ", select Cellular Line (GPRS, 3G).

Tap Next and enter the Access Point Name (APN) "www.vodafone.net.nz" (without the quotes), tap Next and leave fields empty. Tap Finish.

Make sure this new modem is selected in the list and tap OK.

Back on the first screen make sure both "Program that automatically connect to the Internet" and "Programs that automatically connect to a private network" have the new connection selected then tap OK.

This is now your default Internet connection and it should just work.
