I can install new programs using ms activsync 4.1
I can uninstall using activsync 4.1
However, it will not synchronize my Outlook 2002 calendar, contacts, and tasks.
I installed a trial version of intellisync for mobile. It finds outlook and synchronizes my data in a few minutes.
Why won't the Microsoft product work?

I can't be sure about your specific problem - but ActiveSync won't synchronise contacts and calendar entries that are in subfolders for a start.

That is the first thing I checked. I've also uninstalled/reinstalled both Office XP and Activsync several times as well as compacting and cleaning up my folders.
