Hi,
I'm wondering if the bluetooth on WMPPC allow multiple connections. I want to set up a bluetooth peer-to-peer network using a couple of PDAs. Thanks.

Welcome to Geekzone. The software on the Pocket PC will connect to only one Bluetooth LAN access at a time.

Thanks for the reply, freitasm. I want to set up this ad-hoc bluetooth network (not LAN) to share files between at least 3 PDAs simultaneously (as in a piconet). Someone told me the bluetooth stack in Windows Pocket PCs doesn't support the PAN. I am wondering if anyone can confirm this and has found a work-around.

If your Pocket PC uses the Widcomm stack (BTW-CE) it supports the PAN profile. But all current Windows Mobile 5.0 devices (as we write this) are now running the Windows stack.

Widcomm was quite common on Windows Mobile 2003 devices, except the i-mate ones and Toshiba.
