Hi All,

I have an ipaq h4150 and a spv-c500 smartphone . my phone uses a GPRS connection and it always syncs itself with my office emails/calendar/appointments.

Now I was wondering what is the best way to sync my phone emails/calendar/appointments with my PDA? obviously these two have BT and I would like to be able to reply to an email using my PDA

What I have tried: I have tried to use activesync on these two WITHOUT a third device(e.g. a laptop).

The problem I have: My PDA Bluetooth serial ports have been set on 6 and 8 and my phone BT serial ports have been set on 6 and seven and as the result they can not find each other (I can send a single file (one way) from one to another)

I have searched the net to find a way for couple of days now but I couldn’t find a single way to change these setting (BT serial ports) and I was wondering if you could help me on this.

Regards

Amir

I have never heard of this being done.

Id say you need to sync both with a PC, and let the data (eventually) get through that way?

Windows Mobile devices are client only, and you must use the desktop ActiveSync to synchronise them.
