Hi All,

I'm new user and need your help!

Background:
Pocket PC : iPAQ 3970 Window CE 2002 BIOS ver. 2.1
Interface : Level ONE Bluetooth USB MDU-0001 (192.168.1.4) IP User Assign Fixed (Default Gateway 192.168.1.1) Set DNS
PC : Desktop PC Window 2000 (Pro) IP address (192.168.1.2) IP User Assign Fixed (Default Gateway 192.168.1.1) Set DNS
NoteBook Window XP (Home) IP address (192.168.1.3) IP User Assign Fixed (Default Gateway 192.168.1.1) Set DNS
Broadband router : Sercomm IP505LM (192.168.1.1)
Internet connection type: Other (direct connection) HKBN (like as direct ethernet type)
Bluetooth software : MDU-0001USB (V2),
Avaliable Service on iPAQ : "Inbox, publice folder and serial port"
Avaliable Service on Bluetooth : "Serial Port, Dail-up Networ, Fax, File transfer, Information Exchange, Information Synchronization and Network Access"

Problem 1.
The Microsoft Active Sync (ver 3.7.1 / 3.5) at the PC / NoteBook side is not working when I'm using it throught Bluetooth Serial Port . But I can send file to PPC. However, I can use PPC ActiveSync to connect my PC / Notebook. It is trying connect throught the com port, USB and Ird. I cannot setStrange!!!!

Problem 2. (Most Important)
The Network Access have connection between PPC and PC / Notebook through network access service, but I cannot go to internet through the Bluetooth.

I tried to use the NAT32 and ICS to share the internet connection, but it did not work.
The ICS need the 1st ethernet adapter set to 192.168.0.1 and bluetooth set to 192.168.0.XXX
I follow the ICS guide, but it is still not work.

On the NAT32 method, I am following the NAT32 Guide to set Ethernet adapter to "internet" and bluetooth to "private". However, it does not work.

I'm very disappoint of Compaq/HP product even the free upgrade to Window Mobile 2003, but it is not for other country only for US, I brought it in June.

I'm thanks GeeKzone gave us many suggestion and forum for the user. I'm really crazy for the PPC cos I set it up over one month, but it still does not work.

Thanks Geekzone forum

Actually it's the other way around. The Bluetooth is the one to be set to 192.168.0.1... Have a look in our guides again, probably a step was missed.
