i am planning to buy a gaming rig which can smoothly run recently released games. i wanted to upgrade cause i am trying to anticipate the up and coming new total war series : rome II that will for sure drain my laptops specs. i am kind of gamer who does love maximising the graphic and video settings for each game.

i am currently browsing on such sites like pbtech, xcomputers and some other sites that offer a gaming pc but not too sure if the value that they are asking is worth the money or there's a specific retailer out there that offers way cheaper prices than what those sites have to offer yet provides best value on my budget.

lastly, as a laptop guy jumping from desktop world, is it okay to buy a pre-made gaming rig with fix specs or just customise the whatnot by yourself. which one is more cost effective yet decent rig to purchase?
