I enjoy playing The Sims with there expansion packs. I installed sims and the expansion packs and there were working ine until a day later when it came up with stopped working error i thought nothing of it and reset my computer it did not work so then i reinstalled it still the same error, then wen i was in program and features (add and remove programs) i seen the sims icon and it was different it looked like a disc with 2 vertical bar through it. If you have had this expereince and you have over come this please help me.

The only thing I can suggest is applying all the latest update patches. Official patches for the Sims 2 can be found here: http://thesims2.ea.com/update/

mabey windows vista dosnt support the sims 2 or what ever sims game their are, Windows vista dosnt have much games on it that supports it, though i think it does any ways
