As per the title really. Can I order games from NZgameshop and would they work in an Xbone here without any problems? I'm fairly certain they will work but not sure about whether I can get game updates and DLC content?

Also can I create a UK or US XBL account and get Digital games from there as they are cheaper?

Thanks!

The games themselves will be fine; UK and NZ are both the "PAL" region so that works as far back as the 90s (or maybe even 80s) consoles. You may need to make a UK account for DLC though. Assuming that it works the same way as on the 360 then you shouldn't have any trouble there.

Yep they will work here, and you can also download from the digital store.  As for DLC, Ive never had any problems.

Try PlayAsia.com if you're unsure.

Xbox One games and dlc (physical & digital) are region free. You can buy digital or physical game from one country and dlc from another country and it works. India and Hong Kong digital store are cheaper than US store for Xbox One games. FIFA15 for example is NZ$54 from Indian digital store.

Been using NZGameshop for years and never had an issue with them.  The only time I've seen a DLC issue was on PC with the Diable 3 store being region locked to Europe but that's gone now and was not for console.

Although NZGameshop are cheap have to wait a week or twwo to get goods (always arrive though) whereas as others have mentioned buying from a internation digital store will be just as cheap or cheaper with the only delay being that you'll have to wait for the game to download.

Thanks - the games from PlayAsia tend to be US games.  Will physical copy US games work on an XBOX ONE?

Thanks

99% region free? China market just launched 3 weeks ago. They cannot run any Xbox One games imported from other countries on Chinese market Xbox One's and rest of world cannot run China Xbox One physical discs on their Xbox One. There games are heavily censored and only 10 titles have been approved. Not that one would find Chinese region specific Xbox One games anywhere on the internet anyway to purchase.

Is there a site that compares the prices for different stores for games so I know which is the cheapest to buy from? Ideally both PS4 and Xbox.
