First time post so go easy.

Can the mmo SWTOR be played over ADSL broadband connection? This is the only other connection I can get in my area apart from vodafone cable.

I currently have vodafone lightspeed cable 50mbs down / 2mbs up broadband, most of the time it is stable but during peak evening hours when I like to play, it will have high latency spikes. The tech support has been ongoing with vodafone (month long) to the point where they do not write back to me and using their website speed test I have captured 0.42 mbs down, at this point it kicks me out of the game. If there was any alternative connection I would have switched months ago, would like to try another provider as vodafone has been disappointing since the takeover from telstraclear from my experience. I don't want to get started on the hour long waiting times.
