Basically have brought son ps3, trying to set up wireless connection, but not having much luck, been trying since 9 this morning, and think it is something basic I am missing, I have a Dlink router and am trying to connect the wireless with out having to put in the isp details etc, I am trying to go thru the DHCP option but now totally confused, please could someone help.
I would be greatful for any help Cheers, Spot

Do you try doing custom settings or do you go automatic? I don't know anything about wireless routers but managed to connect mine to my PS3 by going automatic for everything. Do you have a password on your router? If so I would remove and PS3 should just pick up all the settings it needs by clicking automatic.
