When you turn it on do you see any sign of the screen lighting up or changing colour even slightly?

ie Is the screen totally dead or just not displaying an image?

assuming this is an upright

if the pcb is still working, its the video image.

you will only be able to check if everything is actually in place because unless your a tech, its too hard to explain in a forum.

check the base board to the CRT is connected.

check the RGB leads from the baseboard to PCB are connected.

do all those checks with the power off. dont stick ur head in there, even off, the tube packs a punch.

sometimes in movment - leads fall off.

aside from that - best get someone to work on it that knows what thy're doin.

the game board sounds ok.

could be crt, could be power to video board, could be video board, could be RGB controller card - very common problem, pot controllrs, could be crt base board.

buy another cheap cabinet and swap over the games
