Hey Guys,

Hope you can help me here, as im going nuts!! for the last couple of days I have been trying to play FN4 Online and I keep getting disconnected from the Ea Servers..

I Either get please check your ethernet cable, or you have been disconnected from the ea servers

Ive tried another ethernet Cable, also tried going thru wireless (100% Signal) Even When I do connect with a boxer with 3 green bars I disconnect during the game... now my DNf (did not finish) is 20% and have lost a fight this way.

heres What I have done, Ive got a dlink g604t Adsl2+ router. Ive done the port forwarding as per instructions on portforward.com, Ports tested no problems, I've had the interleaving turned off on my bigtime plan. Ive done Dmz on the ps3 static ip and tried with Upnp enable as well. My other game Street fighter 4 works ok and has no problems online other than getting my Bum Whipped over and over again. So i though it was the ea servers.... but the thing is My friends who have the same router  dont have a problem with disconnections, and has no ports forwarded. And Media server is Disabled also

Anyone else have issues with Fn4 disconnecting? I have the latest 80gb ps3 (1 month old)
Any Help would be appreciated

Sorted, looks like it was a profile issue as adviced by EA

Out of interest whats the online play like?

I imagine you would get slaughtered with the slightest bit of lag in a game like that

You guessed right, You have to pick and choose your fights , if its lagging already when you choose your boxer then you have to hop out and try another. Boxing with lag is Very Frustrating especially against button/stick mashers!

The Game is Awesome though
