Hey guys,

Just looking for interest for Halo 3 competitive tournaments in NZ. We're looking to set up some sort of reoccurring tournament/competition for NZers and Australians only. I ask you to sign-up to our emailing list (I promise, no spam) and complete a very short, single-paged survey which would only take a minute at most.

The survey is aimed to gather as much information about the Halo 3 scene in NZ and Australia. Many of you may of heard of AusHalo, and their announcement of a circuit in Aussie next year. Obviously, I am not wanting to start a circuit as of yet, however it would be good to gather some information about how NZers and Aussies feel about more competitive play.

The survey and sign-up list can be found here if you are keen to participate.

Once we have enough information we can hopefully make some choices to run more competitive tournaments throughout NZ (either online, or actual LANs).

The reason we ask for you to complete a survey is simply for more information on the numbers of people who are actually keen, and we could use this information to take to potential sponsors.

Thanks for reading guys,
Shukta

That depends. If we were to run tournaments they would be for Halo 3 only, however, any tournaments we run would include maps found on the second disc of ODST (i.e., the mythic maps).

If your question has any relation to the topic of this post, then the above should answer it. If you just want a general idea of if ODST is worth the cash, than I think yes simply because you get all of the maps (which is a huge help if you have no map packs), as well as entry to the Halo reach MP beta. To me, that is worth it, ODST is but an extra. ODST is different, and has a few hours of enjoyment in it.

Thanks,
Shukta
