hey guys I need help quick

I just got Bc2 on pc When i go and install the game the key works fine but when i go online it says it is already in use I have asked EA and tm i will try and return it. Any idears

Someone is actually using the same key as well and playing it online at the same time as you are trying to access the game online. Key will only work online for 1 player only at any given time.

Do whatever you want to do man.

This happened to me when i bought the game when i came out. They were having losts of this sort of problem at the start so maybe if you got a copy that was part of the first release you are experiencing the same problem?

Anyway i just emailed them with the details of my purchase and they gave me another cd key within 24 hours.

they just sent me an email back with a brand new cd key, interestingly about a month ago i went to install the game on another pc and didnt have the new cd key on me so i thought i would try the old one with the case - and low and behold it worked!

so now i have to cd keys :), i think although i have never tried playing at the same time.

Was the game new or second hand? If second hand it sounds like the last owner has not stopped using it. If new and brought though a reliable source you should not have any issues getting the key changed.

Na thats where i got it for $94 I have also got tf2 from there and No key so I will not buy any new pc games from the warehouse.
Has anyone else had this happen to them at the warehouse or anywhere
