Hi there! I have a problem with my bluetooth hardware or drivers.
I have bought an Acer aspire 3610 a year ago and since then I haven't found any solution (appart installing any new OS or SP2,3). When I press the button of the bluetooth on the monitor appears "No device".
I don't know what's about? Any help is appreciated :) Ciao

I think your laptop does not have Bluetooth built-in. Acer and Toshiba ship their laptops with Bluetooth software installed, but the Bluetooth hardware is optional.

But it says 802.11 b/g WLAN and it has the button of the bluetooth! Anyway thanks

Wireless lan is completely different too bluetooth

802.11 b/g WLAN is Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi). It's not the same as Bluetooth. Bluetooth is another technology and uses different hardware.

As I said, the software comes installed, but the hardware is optional.
