I have some problems with LAN Access speed (iPaq 3970 -> PC):
> VNC viewer - slow screen refresh;
> Terminal Service Client - slow&unstable connection;
> Internet Sharing&E-mail - slow, too;
> Quake multiplayer game is going to flicker :(

Is it possible to speed-up (optimize) the bluetooth LAN Access speed?

It depends really... Are you accessing from a handheld or a laptop/desktop? I use Bluetooth LAN on my laptop and it really is as fast as from my desktop. I currently have 256kbps cable modem and the Bluetooth bandwidth is enough to cope with it. The speed feels the same in both wired (dekstop) or wireless (Bluetooth laptop).

When I use the Pocket PC it's slow, but I'd blame this on the processor speed, software implementation, hardware implementation etc.

I'll notice a difference when I get my 10mbps connection (next week). Then my wired connection will probably seem faster than my Bluetooth, because we know Bluetooth will not have the 10mbps bandwidth.
