Okay, its a simple question that i don't know and even geeks know but i don't, how dumb am i?

Please tell me what in the gods name bluetooth is, i have absoulutely no idea, yeah your probably thinging im a gaybo and not a geek but yer lalalaallala, what is bluetooth?
