Hi guys.

I recently signed up with bigpipe turbo service as I have just moved into a new apartment block that can have Vdsl. I have done a bit of research and understand I am recommended to have a master spliter/filter installed. I done some digging in the cabling room and around the flat (Jack points) and I'm pretty sure I don't have a MS installed.
Could anyone please recommend a tech to contact to get a MS installed.
Also just curious if a hg630b modem work fine or if it's worth spending a bit more and getting a better modem.
Tried to do the research but just a bit noob at this kind of stuff.

Many thanks :)

Modem is fine. Get a tech out. I am sure Bigpipe can order a Chorus tech to do the job.

It'll cost $199 for Chorus to come and install a master filter if requested by Big Pipe. It's essentially built into the cost of VDSL2 from every other provider and done at the time of the VDSL2 install.
