I have a Toshiba Protege M205 with an internal bluetooth card installed.  A few months ago I got a broadband wireless cell phone PCMCIA card, which had a port conflict with the bluetooth.  The technician that provided support deleted the card on the device manager and he renamed the bth.ini file in the windows/ini directory.  He also must have done some other things that I haven't figured out yet.

When I went to reinstall the bluetooth device I had to manually install it.  However, I can't get the driver to load.  I have downloaded the latest Toshiba stack software.  When it tries to load the device driver during installation the program keeps asking me to connect the device.

On device manager it displays a yellow circle with a "!" over the bluetooth adaptor and under device status  it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10).

Suggestions on resolving this problem are requested.
