hi all my first post on this forum: I have a Sharp gx30 phone it as bluetooth on it but this is restricted to just using headphones or car kits. It will allow me to seach of other bluetooth devices but prevents connection to them ( due to the restrictions ). this meani cannot use the bluetooth to it,s full capaiblities (ie) exchanging files, connecting my PDA to the phone ect ect. Does or is anyone able to create a bluetooth work around for this problem or is there an available hack somewhere i can down. Many appicated for any help with my problem m8,s .

This is by design, and I'm afraid you can't change it. Operators would like you to use their networks to swap files, etc...

anything and everything that as been engineered can be reversed engineered sharp and vodaphone engineered the phone so someone can reverse their engineering if there's one thing I have learned in life and that's for every situation there is a solution
