The first thing would be to explain what you're configuring in it. It's impossible to offer any help without knowing what your problem is.

You also need to configure VLAN10 on the WAN to work. A quick check indicates this device doesn't support that, and if it doesn't it won't work with Spark.

Who told you it would work with UFB?

What is your problem with the Spark router?

You need to tell it to tag the packets with VLAN10 and configure it for PPPoE.  Many consumer CPE devices do not support VLAN tagging, and if it doesn't you will never be able to plug ti directly into a UFB circuit.

Take it back and advise it does not support VLAN tagging and it will not work with all UFB providers and the Spark provided AP actually works OK

another option is to just use the spark device as the router and use the belkin as an access point

asus RT series.

edit:

NOT the DSL series, even tho they say they do it, they dont have vlan tagging so would be exactly where you are now. has to be RT

I thought spark gave you a better one if you were on a plan that warranted it? (So the 200/20 one since they are too slack to do 200/200)
