Does anyone know exactly how to connect the Nighthawk to Spark Fibre? I'm more of a plug and play kind of person. I've read the following link and I have no idea where to fill out most of this stuff.

https://www.spark.co.nz/help/internet-email/getstarted/broadband-settings-for-third-party-modems/

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Does it support VLAN tagging?

The first question is whether it supports VLAN tagging on the WAN. If it doesn't (and by far the vast majority of 3rd party routers don't) then it won't work.

In which case you simply need confgure the PPPoE details, add a VLAN10 on the WAN, and it should go. The above insructions on the Spark website detail this.

If you aren't competent doing this I'd suggest calling a PC tech to do it.

Pretty sure the R8000 has VLAN10 set as default anyway.
