Hi, I have an HP compaq NC4010 laptop with wifi from broadcom but it has a non-working bluetooth module beacuse I don't have the right drivers for it, when I switch the bluetooth on it comes up as hardware found " bluetooth by hp" when I installed the hp driver, it turns ON but I'm unable to use.It displays a message something like " you are not authorised to use this device according top your lisence.dat" then is lts me browse for the license.dat file. in the end I can't use or detect the laptop bluetooth and a red "B" shows up in the bluetooth icon.

Where do I get the drivers from ?

Thank You

It sounds like the software is not correct. Have you tried installing a Widcomm driver at any time?

I recommend you download drivers directly from the HP site and reinstall the software.
