Hey everyone,

Wondering if anyone here has suggestions on how it would/ who would be best to lay Cat cabling in Hamilton? I live upstairs in a two story house, and have been using Powerline adapters to get networking upstairs, but both the internet speeds and local speeds to my media shares are abhorrent. I have two seperate rooms where I am wanting to run the cabling to: a bedroom with a 4KTV, and a cave with a bunch of gaming consoles. Thanks.

Rented house, or owned?

Hmmmm..... I would love to say 'start drilling 8mm holes through wardrobe walls' etc, but your landlord would probably like to have it discussed first.

Perhaps come up with a plan that involves cables running out of sight (inside closets etc) and then discuss it with them.  Better to do that than risk your Bond payment.

Installing a central super wireless access point and using wireless adapters for all of the gadgets may also be an option.
