PROBLEM

I have quite a few gadgets and computers/laptops. Recently I have bought 2 Keysonic Bluetooth keyboards. I successfully got them to pair and work with all machines except my IPaq 4700. It does pair with the PDA but it does not recognise services. BT Wizard Profile throws the following message:

“The device does not offer any usable services. Please enable any desired services on that device or choose another one.”

Please note I have recently upgraded my IPaq 4700 with WM6.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

I only have the functional knowledge that how to make Bluetooth work to run different devices but I do not know in depth technical intricacies of the whole Bluetooth technology. At the top of my head all I can figure out is that the BT technology of my IPaq is not compatible with that both Keysonic keyboards.

I am pretty sure that the Keysonic keyboard does offer services as it has been offering to my other devices; hence the problem is not with the keyboard. It is rather with the IPaq which does not have the ability to recognise the offered services.

WHAT TO DO?

Please help me in sorting out this problem.
