In short, no.
In long, kind of. With the RTA1025w, its identical to the Netcomm NB6Plus4w, so you can load the newer firmware from there onto it.

For the RTA1320 i don't think that there's any alternative firmware, however i do have a copy of some newer 3.63u firmware (dynalink provides 3.30j), if you want to give that a go just PM me with an email address and i'll send it.

If its because the web interface is slow and sometimes non responsive, this is common and i dont think can be solved.

I highly recommend turning on ppoa half bridge (IP extension) and just using the RTA1320 as a "dumb" modem that bridges the connection to something else.  The something else I would recommend is a Linksys WRT54GL router with custom firmware (tomato or dd-wrt) which will give you 5 switch ports, wireless, QoS, port forwarding, uPnP etc.

I have 3.64m? might be 3.64u, if you want it.
it has a newer line driver. seems to fix a lot of peoples' issues with DSL sync and/or PVC tunnelling falling over, particularly on ADSL2+ enabled Alcatel 7302 DSLAMs.
another option is to contact dynalink and order the source code on CD ($9.95) and patch it yourself
