Hello
 Could someone help me with this as i am getting very frustrated. I am using VISTA Business
& bluetooth has not been installed ?

You should have received the driver software on a CD with the Bluetooth hardware. If not, you can visit the manufacturer's website and look for the support area to download the software.

Some Bluetooth adapters work well with the native Windows Bluetooth support and no other software is needed - unless you want more functionality.

If your machine has an internal Bluetooth adapter, then your option is to get the software from the manufacturer.

What kind of adapter is this? USB or internal?

Thanks for the info
The devise is external,& i did receive a driver disc but it wont download,Windows come up with CANT FIND DRIVER SOFT WEAR.

In which case you are installing the software, not downloading it.

You have to first install the software from the CD and only after this plug the adapter.
