Hi.
I'm very new to Bluetooth. I have just bought a belkin bluetooth
keyboard and mouse and have installed then (eventually after working
round the XP SP2 problem) using the belkin adapter. It seems to be
working OK but before I explore Bluetooth more there's a couple of
things I want to check.
When I turn on the computer the keyboard and mouse do not work
automatically, only after I have clicked the mouse and tapped a key
on the keyboard do they connect. Is this how it's supposed to be?
Also, when the computer is left idle for a short time they stop
working ... sort of hibernate until reactivated by the same as above.
Do they do this when idle?
Lastly, when I turn on the computer it says in the opening screen (black with white text)
there's a keyboard failure. Is this due to the keyboard not yet
being connected as said above or is there actually a problem as all
works well when I'm working at the computer,
Many Thanks in advance for any replies .. I'm looking forward to learning more about Bluetooth :-)
