Hi, I am at my wits end.
We changed phone carrier to get unlimited downloads for students, however since then the connection kept dropping out. When i rang AAPT they said it was because my Netgear Modem wasnt supported by them - yet it worked perfectly before.
So they sent me Thomson TG585v7 and 3 of the laptops in the house can get on no problems but one just cant seem to access it. I dont know why? This happens regardless of how many users are online and where in the house they are. But her computer was working on the other modem.
On top of this, the modem started flashing and the internet light went out for about 10 min,...is this usual. how can i fix it? can anyone give me some good advice?
