Welcome to Geekzone... Is this the original OS on this device, or have you applied any updates?

A couple of years ago, just before Windows Mobile 2003 was released, a pirate copy was going around, with a time limit on its Bluetooth software.

If you have not update this Pocket PC with a faulty software, then you should contact Acer and ask for an updated ROM image or ask them to fix the software (perhaps having to send it in so they can reflash?).
