hi all please help

Just had to install a new copy of home xp and not the usb cant find bluetooth in any way shape or form the usb ports pick up every thing else but not that

please any help will be gratefull take

its a sitecom usb bluetooth adapter came with software but it just locks up on installation have tryed a microsoft usb dongle that did not work as well

please help
