I have been fascinated with the automated cars that used to travel around landscapes at legoland windsor in the UK (and minatur wunderland in germany). They were only 2 or 3 inches long, so can't have had mindstorms or any complex electronics in them, and can't have had external power sources (they never move on tracks or have metal conductors like slot cars, they always free-wheeled and unconnected).

So how do they do it - steering and power? I have tried googling self-driving cars and miniature towns, and all I end up with is adverts for Priuses or Elon Musk!

I would settle for the proper keywords to use in a google search. Any hints?

Share and Enjoy! Robert
