Hey all, was hoping you might be able to help me with something.

My company is trying to find a programmer for our ERP software and we need someone who speaks Korean, (because they have to be able to communicate with our team in Korea.) I put it on Seek (see below) but while I've had over 40 applicants, almost all of them either don't speak Korean or if they do have hardly any knowledge in software programming. I know it's a long shot but any Korean programmers out there? Or does anyone have a suggestion of where IT professionals go looking for jobs? I'm not a recruitment agent so I don't know if there's some specialised IT job site I don't know about. I've been approached by a few agencies but we don't really have the budget for their 15% fee. Am I looking for a needle in a haystack? Just trying to get some feedback really, do you think the ad adequately explains what we're looking for? Any advice!
