Hi there. We got free 7.2mps datasticks from 2degrees when we purchased our new phones.
I thought they dame preloaded with data and you just plug in and away you go. However one of them has no data loaded. To get them to work do we need to activare the sim?.

Once the software has installed if it didnt come with data already loaded then you have several options to top it up.

It should activate the sim first though once its running.
Go to Your2degrees on a computer then set up the account with the mobile number shown in the software window of the usb stick.

T
hen once your set up on Your2degrees you can choose to top up etc.
All this can be done by ringing the topup line as well.

Or if you are on account and have data you can share your data with the stick without even topping the stick up. I think its just "share X" to 747, where X is the phone number you want to share data with.
