Anyone else having VDSL issues last night / today?

My router is frequently having the connection dropped out for some reason.

Snaps website says no known network issues... tried calling them but was on hold forever.

Often when it does connect the line speeds are slow - one recent was UP 4 Mbps and DOWN 1.6 Mbps.

Anyone else?

regan,

This and your other post is making me wonder if you might have an issue with your line or wiring?

That said, long hold times are very unusual for Snap, so it might be indicative of a lot of people having trouble and calling in.

Didn't notice anything here, but generally wouldn't as everything would automatically use the TelstraClear VDSL instead.
