I contacted Slingshot to install UFB 1 month ago( 8-10 Jan 2014) but still no internet access so far( 12 Feb). They really dont know what fault it was and no ETA at all. Every time when i called slingshot that they will let me do over 30 mins trouble shooting and restart everything many times and wait for the same result (need to wait) .i dont think it is fair to end users because some users dont have knowledage to do such thing

Yesterday, i  told them i will move to other ISP if the issue cannot be solved by the end this week. can you imagine you dont have the internet for 3 weeks and every time you call Slingshot that they only tell you to wait unit their team to fix it ?  very upset.

I can see Slingshot have offered you assistance in the other thread where you posted this.  UFB Installs are pretty complex, so it can take a while to sort it out if problems occur.  All the best.
