I put fibre intallation order this Wednesday, got updating information today. I was told the consent form needs to be signed by my neignbours, it will be sent to them directly,I won't see them at all.
My house is freehold, stands alone, no sharing drive way.I donn't understand why the consent form still needs to be signed off in this case? I rang them couple of times  to chase up the email which is supposed to be sent to me few hours ago so that I could get more details from them, but nothing showed up.
Just need help and advise if anyone feels free to do it. Thanks a lot.

If you have an overhead feed Its likely that the drop from the pole will commit "aerial trespass",

If its going to be dug then I have no idea...

Unfortunately, my telephone line is overhead from the pole.
What can I do at this stage?

Get your neighbours to sign that consent form.

where to get the form from? The orcon rep told me this form would be sent to my neignbours directly, I won't see and touch them, is that correct? Or I can downlod the form somewhere else then get my neighbours signed up.

Have you tried talking to your neighbours? Maybe they've been emailed a form...

Hopefully you have a good relationship with them as that's more likely to get the form signed. If you don't have any sort of relationship with them (which is very common these days) now's a good time to start building one.
