I don't see my republic posted as an ISP on my local fiber installation companies websites list of ISP but the address locator on the MR website says it is available at my address.

Is my local installers page in need of an update or is the MR site just saying the service can be connected to my home but not necessarily through MR?

I am currently waiting to have fiber installed but the ISP I have signed up to is giving me a little bit of grief and its customer service has left me feeling salty. The free trial on offer has caught my attention and I am keen to trial the gamer plan but if I sign on to that and find I'd rather go on the casual plan instead will I be stung with any charges for changing the contract?

It's available everywhere except for Whangarei, Levin and Greymouth.
