VDSL in Hamilton no go.  Tried calling call centre, first time I ever had "there will be delays in answering, please try again later" and hung up on!  nice :) So guessing im not the only one with issues.

We are aware of some issues being experienced by customers on EUBA services in Hamilton, and are looking into it.

The website is about to be updated, but I'll update on here as more information comes to light.

Thanks for your patience.

This should be resolved now - please reboot your router if still offline.  Thanks!

Mine went down again yesterday and is still down.
Originally lost connection Friday, had to wait til Monday to get a tech onsite to fix it. Fixed connection remained alive for approx. 24 hrs then down again and still down. Call centre says I will have to again wait for it to be sent to level 2 another 24-48 hour wait. Funny thing is during the 24hr period where it was active I rang in to order an upgrade to Vdsl. I wonder which will come first, the tech to install or fix?

So frustrating tho Internet connection been really unreliable dropping in and out last couple of months, been chomping thru both mine and wife's mobile data.
