Hi,

I am wondering if anyone else had had a similar problem and what can be done. This last week I purchased a 100mb and 1 Gb data packs as I needed it for tethering to my computer. I used the 100mb, cancelled it and bought the 1Gb pack.
I added credit to buy it, leaving me with about $18. By Friday I had only used part of the data and still had credit. I re-tethered around 1130 Friday night for 5 minutes to check 1 website (going through about 5 pages), I then got a txt alerting me that I was out of credit and data and couldn't connect anymore.

I am wanting to know if there is anyway to check where this data (and credit went) or if it's likely to be refunded back. Even just getting the credit back would be great.

Login to your 2degrees account on the website.

From there go to the usage section and it'll tell you when you used your data and how much you used.
