I will get UFB installed and I have got a Fritzbox 7390 supplied by 2 Degrees.

Do I need/get a new Fritzbox which can handle the UFB?

Thanks

7390 will do just fine on UFB.

think they recommend the 7490 for 200/200 however due to it having slightly more horsepower.

If you are using the 7390 for WiFi, its WiFi is only 802.11n so it will not be able to use all of the 200/200 connection via WiFi.  The 7490 has 802.11ac which can do the full 200/200 speed if you are not too far away from it.  That presumes that you have WiFi devices that can connect via 802.11ac.
