I just moved to 2 degree fibre, I's like to use my existing router which works with spark and bigpipe. So what's the PPPoE username and password for 2 degree. When I sign up with 2 degree, I use XXXX as username, so do I need add @2degree or something. Thanks

I was going to suggest that but wasn't sure if it was the same for anyone who joined after 2D bought Snap.

Bingo, our broadband systems do indeed still use the @snap.net.nz suffix. Just remember it's a PPPoE connection on VLAN 10, and you're good to go.
