Hey everyone,

I'm sitting in Addington at the moment and notice that I'm not getting anything data wise via 4G. The phone works. Using wireless confirms that the sites I'm trying to visit plus iMessage is working fine. 4G though is essentially nonexistant. Anyone else experiencing this??

I have exactly the same problems today in Hutt Valley and Wellington City. Email is working sporadically but can't get any internet connection

Working in Addington again as well. Wonder what they had configured wrong in the backend. :)

Hi guys

Sorry for the inconvenience this morning. There was an issue affecting some customer's connections to mobile data in areas south of Taupo and South Island. The issue was resolved about 9.30am.

Thanks for your patience.

Regards

^POB

Thanks for the always quick to fix help. Was a little puzzled as to why there was no status update on the website, hence the post here to see if it was isolated or not. Thanks again for letting us know and 2 Degrees in general for fixing the issue.
