Hi all, I am on an unlimited fibre plan and as I don't use my land line very much I am getting it disconnected very soon. I was wondering if there is an app or some way of connecting my android cell phone to my fritz box so that I can still use my cordless DECT home phones to make and receive calls via my cell phone ?

I highly doubt it. That sounds like a very niche use case.

 

 

 

What you COULD do is get a cheap VOIP subscription from someone like 2talk, and you can make calls via that from the fritzbox and your android phone. I doubt the economics would work out in your favour though, and IME VOIP is pretty sh*t on android anyway.

Not the fritz.

 

You can get dect phones with bluetooth in them to do what you want.

check out https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.avm.android.fritzapp&hl=en

 

you should be able to use that to get landline calls on your mobile, don't think you'll be able to use your DECT phone to recieve mobile calls though.
