Since around 15th of December 2017 my baseline ping for League of Legends increased by 12 from 48ms (constant for 2-3 years) to 60ms constant.

I have tried resetting the router and all the basics.

I asked friends and others who are on MyRepublic and are in the same city (Dunedin) to ping the same servers and they only have a 20ms ping to the 3rd hop to the same akl-ix.nz. Their ping is baseline 48ms.

The latency to the akl-ix.nz is the point of difference from my friends and I.

Can anyone from 2Degrees who isn't too busy look into this? I know we are talking about milliseconds here but it would be nice to have some peace of mind and get to the bottom of why my baseline ping jumped 12ms.
