The Gigaset SX763 WLAN dsl, is a wonderfull device, feture full and looks good in my setup.
I have asked this question of the Orcon support team and they were unable to help as it would not be a supported setup.
What i wish to do is use a PPPOE Connection to connect to Orcon Via the following
Internet

Orcon Home Hub
|
Smoothwall (Linux Router)
|
Rest of network
The issue i have is setting the Orcon Home Hub To Bridge mode... Does any one know how this could be done, or know of a NZ Siemens support number?
i have tried all the settings i can find and cannot get the Home hub to pass the externall Internet Addy down to my Smoothwall.
I have configured this many times in the past using other Router/Modems but i cannot get the Orcon Home Hub into BRIDGE mode.
The orcon team tell me that the device will support what i need but they cannot provide the information as it is not a supported config.
Any help anyone can give would be greatly apprceiated.
